The Superstorm Sandy damage to the Beach Haven West section of Stafford Township was devastating. Because many homes were built with slab-on-grade foundations, raising existing structures has become impractical.

We are pleased to offer a set of pre-designed home plans that take advantage of our custom beach home experience without the custom home price. Many of these plans we have already built in Beach Haven West over the years. And, we're proud to introduce some great new plans that respond to post-Sandy flood requirements!

NEW!!! The Starfish: Our NEW Starfish model fits most lots in Beach Haven West- and is a great option for those with a tight budget!

This home features an open kitchen/dining/living great room with nine foot ceilings and optional fireplace. The master suite has a large walk in closet and private bath, with views towards the rear of the property. Two additional bedrooms and full bath can accommodate friends and family. All utilities, washer, and dryer are located within the living space for easy living.

This home features low maintenance materials on the exterior including Anderson wind-resistant windows, Certainteed vinyl siding and vinyl railings. Wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite tops are a few additional features of this energy-efficient home.

The Starfish is stick-built by local tradesmen with years of coastal experience.

The Daymark, shown above, is our new two-story pre-designed home that fits nicely on most of the lagoon front properties on Beach Haven West. This home has 3 or 4  bedrooms and 2-1/2  baths with living areas and decks oriented toward the rear.

The Pacifica fits most 40' and 50' wide lots. This home has a  large open great room and master suite on one level and three additional bedrooms and den on the other. This design can be either traditional (great room on the first floor) or flipped for those desiring reverse-living.



The Nemo III- Our new V-Zone qualifying design features 4 bedrooms, and 2-1/2 baths that fit comfortably on a 50' wide lot- perfect for Long Beach Island and Beach Haven West!
